A few sports stars (or, at least, sportspeople) who made it to the screen – Chuck Connors (baseball), Fred Williamson (football), one Orenthal James “O. J.” Simpson (ugh – also football, John “Marion Morrison” Wayne (college football, I think), Vinnie “I Can’t Believe He Had Some Success As An “Actor” ” Jones (soccer), Vijay Amritaj (tennis), Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (professional wrestling…maybe not a “sport”!)… Ha, I’ve bored you enough!
