We have (oh, that is my honey and I, not a royal We) decided that it is far too hot to go anywhere, so I plan to spend the Sunday reading–bring it on! Woot woot!

PS. Those are some rather elegant perfume choices, certain to get approval from some of the sophiticated noses that visit Beguiling…

      • July 21, 2013

Lanier gave me two of them!

Da*n! I love that! I am guessing based on obviousness, the Diptyque and the Dior…??

      • July 21, 2013

The Dior and the vintage bottle of Chanel No 5 😉

    Oooh. *silent admiration*

And so the Diptyque was of your own doing? Very French for LA, non? 😉

Very white flower floral and smells like a clear night in February with the jasmine blooming and the lights glittering over the Hollywood Hills… In my opinion 😉

I was just checking out: http://1904blog.georgesnyder.org/
How fabulous is he?!? Rhetorical question, the answer is: VERY.

He cleans the cobwebs out of my sleepy head on a regular basis. Like your fine self, he in positively encyclopedic all while knowing exactly how to connect the old dots to the new.
A very good friend of tg’s…

PS. My Diptyque scent is “L’ombre dans l’eau”–I wear it when it rains. 🙂

It’s a pity that the interwebs don’t come with Scent technology because I would love to catch that fragrance, Vickie! Gorgeous. 🙂

    Dearest V
The Dandy spends a day away from his IT (home hunting, one hopes successfully) and look what happens!!!
    Perfume!!!
And of the very highest order.
Don Son and Oud Ispahan (surely the most delicious oud and rose ever) are among my very most favourite.
Excellent choice in the heat (and here it is too hot to speak).
    Yours ever

I lovvvvvve these, and Lanier gave me the Oud Isphahan – they both are so lusciously floral and so profoundly different.

Aren’t they divine. Though The Dandy rarely wears either others in his near orbit are often bathed in them.
        Yours ever

Yes I did give them to you! It was a thrill for me!
