Yay! Good advice if ever there was. Stretching the legs, stretches the heart and brain too. 🙂
PS. I must say that I am deeply, deeply fascinated by these glimpses of a very elegant neighborhood.

When you visit we will ramble around the neighborhood. 🙂

That’s definitely good advice! I’m suffering from writers block right now (work-related writing), and I just need to take a break.

There’s a certain euphoric something just getting outside and breathing fresh air, hey! You know that! You’re a MOM. xox, V

Yes, now…back to work with you! *whip cracks*
Fabulous photos, Ms V. Take it easy with the Book we don’t want you to turn into quivering jello, but I know you are going to kick posterior!

Taking a very non-healthy pizza break, but the rest of tonight and tomorrow… I will work 😉 .

Thank you. I needed that! For the first time I’m considering buying something I saw advertised on TV–the SitNCycle. So I can cycle at the computer ;).

I have a girlfriend who has a stationary exercise bike, she is ten years older and in way better shape than I am… I say, go for it!

I took your advice today and put the computer on top of a chest of drawers, and for a change of pace on top of the piano, and I do feel better. Thank you!

You make me smile 🙂 My son has his laptop on top of the chest of drawers upstairs. So I guess we all feel better standing up.

Very good advice, but HOW do I make friends with the folks in the white house (2nd photo)? I really want to see inside.

    • December 5, 2013

Oh! I’ve been inside—it’s very pretty, but it’s one of those funny urban lots, so there’s the grand approach, but almost NO back garden—a house like that needs a garden!
