I loved watching What’s My Line with my grandmother. So fun to take time out and re-experience the feeling with this video. Thanks!
You are most welcome! Wishing you a joyous holiday. My Christmas wish this year is to retreat to the couch with a pile of books and a cup of coffee… xox, V
How lovely to see Davis Niven in this.
I just love his style…
What a marvellous dress! Wow.
Shoulder pads, tiny waist, very 1940s, yes?
Pads, nothing–gossamer wings! (Which by contrasting the waist make it appear even teenier. Designers were so thoughtful back then. Hence my love for late 30s-40s sewing patterns!)
Ah oh, I fear I’m approaching that time in life when I will require football pads to make my waist seem tiny 😉 . You sew? Vintage? HOW WONDERFUL!
