      It makes me feel happy too..your story and this communication between you and Ms Lester. I know these words are from a hymn ( so may not be welcome if you are non-religious) but they have been my earworms lately and I find them very comforting. They make me think of all the love I have been given by family and close friends, present and past ” for the love which from our birth
      over and around us lies … friends on earth, and friends above,
      for all gentle thoughts and mild”
