what a stunning photo, is it Jean Harlow, or one of those beautiful early stars
Hi Joan! It’s Grace Darmond, a very early star of silent films 🙂 .
Blissful photograph!
Velvety!
It looks like you’ve got your Internet connection back. Three cheers for connectivity!
Yeah! By the way, is it a public domain photo? I fancy doing my lace tattoo on her.
I’ll research and see if it’s prior to 1923—will shoot you an email in a bit 🙂 .
Thank you! Haven’t had a chance to do same. Have a fabulous weekend!
Wowie. That might well be one of my favorite photos that I have ever seen here. Thanks Ms V!
And do you know, I can’t say for sure who shot it? I think, judging by the look, it was Alfred Cheney Johnston (who I feature from this past Wednesday through this coming Sunday). You are most welcome!
This reminds me… how did your adventure with using eyeshadow as liner work? Or haven’t you tried it yet?
I haven’t tried it——instead I got an eye infection and have been bathing my eyelids every night before I go to sleep. I might have the cleanest eyelids in the world! xox, V
And that’s one heck of a hat!
To keep the sun off her porcelain skin!
