The Exhibit was great. I actually have three pieces of jewelry that I was commissioned to re-create from movie images and is currently in this Hollywood Costume Exhibit at the Academy. My client Larry McQueen has dozens of costumes from his collection at this show. The show originally started at the V&A in London. Three costumes we worked together on for the following actors: Greta Garbo, in Queen Christina, Carole Lombard in My Man Godfrey and Susan Hayward in “Valley of the Dolls” you can read about them on my blog kathleenlynagh.me.
Btw I was looking for your post about Christmas fruitcake when I came upon this post. I made the fruitcake following your recipe. A huge hit! Thank you for posting. I will be making it again.

I would love to see this! One of the most surprising things about seeing clothing of film and stage stars is how very small most of them were.
