    I love how these recipes are not in the least dated…oh wait! That is probably why you have chosen them. Oops! Silly me. Bless his heart that he adds a PINT of Burgundy. Well, the prices for de Bourgougne were not exactly what they are these days *coughcough*.

      Two cups to a pint… About half a bottle, now a 1974 bottle of Petrus would be upwards of $1000… Ohhhh wheeee!
