Hello, poppets. I have been unwell. Nothing serious—a hell-bender of a migraine the likes of which I haven’t seen (or felt) in years. It bothers me that I haven’t been answering your most recent comments.
Elyes: One of these days you’ll have to explain The Tyger to me, what I get is something about grappling with life and transcendent awareness…
Galivantta: I think yours is my favorite quote of the week, “…family history is embedded in the lay of the land…”
Heather: and then there was this from you, “…may I never lose sight of that instinctive hope…”
Marcheline: I have to say I like your style, and I’d definitely go with the robin’s egg blue refrigerator.
and
George: besides making me look up “perspicacity” at least twice a year, thank you for your insight, your ability to speak clearly about a tough subject, and your innate goodness.
Things will be quiet around here for the next few days, be well.
Ouch. Get better. I get them too. Rarely. Red wine is my trigger, more’s the pity.
As I knock on menopause’s door I think (sometimes) that breathing is a trigger.
Possibly. But I find that it’s the stuff I really like that does it for me — red wine, chardonnay, beer. I’m not sure I’d include breathing in LA air in that category (or DC air, either!)
Feel better, Pumpkin. Sending Good Thoughts your way…
I just sent the esteemed neurologist I see for the migraines an email basically trying to bribe him to get me into the office early by offering to cater his next book club meeting!
Be well. Be gone mean migraines. ( Asthma has decided to attack me. Haven’t had this much trouble in years. 🙁 )
Ach! You take care. xox, V
Yuck! Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. 🙁 May you be on the mend soon.
Mending as I type! Upside? Maybe I lost a few pounds…
Get well, Ms V.
x
Thank you, Grace. I’m feeling so much better.
So sorry to hear you’ve been under it! Glad to hear you’re out from under it!
