Never in my life have I heard of “Larded Filet of Beef”, so I did an online search. To an unabashed carnivore like me, it sounds amazing. I have GOT to try this!

Oh I just loved this! What is amazing to me is that they list the sources for much of the food…one hundred years ahead of its time…off to go look up monk’s beard salad… 😉
