    I love the angle, the pose, the setting, the clothes…but perhaps most of all I love the challenging expression on Ms Oberon’s face. Magnifique! I don’t even need to mention the use of light on both the subject and the surrounds…
    Oh, Ms Lester you have such PERRR-FECT *taste* 🙂

      I did also notice in all the poses the placement of the hands is very important… and telling.

    Vickie, your comment about the placement of the hands is very astute. I may be wide of the mark but I think he appreciated the beauty of women’s hands (gloved or not!) as he appreciated all of women’s beauty and knew how to bring it out in an artistic but somehow unforced way.
    Talking about ladies’ hands reminds me of that delightful image of yourself and your LOOMING yet delicate hand that you posted recently. See, it’s all connected! 😉
